"So the guy we've always used doesn't work on appliances anymore and I was stuck guessing on an appliance company. I found one but was still having issues with my freezer even after another company added freon to it. Another line started freezing up underneath the freezer and was causing water to collect underneath it and run out into the front of it. I really wasn't getting anywhere with the original company so I decided to give Cullman Appliance Repair a call. A technician actually showed up sooner than planned (his schedule free'd up) and we discussed and looked at everything that had happened. We both agreed that we thought the system had been overcharged. The repair was going to take more time than he had after "fitting me into his schedule" so we rescheduled for a later time. He showed up, fixed the freezer, and after over a month later it is still running like it did when it was new. Terry was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous when he showed up. I will definitely use this company again in the future."
